CORE FTP LITE is an excellent FTP program which allows you to upload single or multiple files or folders to your website.

If you have multiple websites you can enter them all in and using a scrolling menu access whichever one you want.

It is free for home use and I have been using it for some time now and it is completely free.

I have found it exceptionally easy to use and can certainly recommend it.
