Eudora is a E-Mail program which offers a great deal more than the usual Microsoft offerings.

In addition to receiving e-mails from different accounts you can use it to cut out a great deal of the work involved in running a web site or multiple web sites.

Once set up Eudora will, for instance, automatically answer e-mails with a pre set reply and even allows you to attach files to these replies.

The amount of work Eudora can save you is quite tremendous !

But for me it has one OUTSTANDING feature: it can send ALL of your e-mails to be viewed in your browser.

All you do is right click on any e-mail and select "Send to Browser"

Then, after selecting "open" at the warning box you will be able to view your e-mails from your browser.

There you simply select "File" and "save as" and save the entire message to any folder you wish.

This way you can keep any essential info or e-mails and save having your server cluttered with mail.
